JAPAN OPERATIONS (Full-Cycle Recruitment Process)

As a trusted recruitment partner for Japanese employers, we manage the entire recruitment and deployment process for Filipino workers. Below is a step-by-step breakdown:

1. Client Coordination & Job Order Approval

We coordinate directly with Japanese employers or supervising organizations.

Job orders are verified and approved through the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), formerly POEA.

2. Manpower Pooling and Job Advertising

We advertise job openings through our social media, website, job fairs, and training centers.

Interested applicants register and submit documents for initial screening.

3. Screening & Pre-Qualification

We evaluate applicants’ work experience, education, and skills.

We also check language proficiency and other specific employer requirements.

4. Interview & Selection

We arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and selected candidates either in-person or virtually.

Employers may conduct assessments.

5. Document Processing
We handle and support complete documentation including:

E-Registration

Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS)

Employment contracts

Medical examinations

DMW submissions and clearances

Visa application assistance

6. Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)

We ensure all workers attend the mandatory PDOS as part of DMW requirements.

7. Deployment

We coordinate flight arrangements and ensure a smooth departure.

We provide arrival coordination with the Japanese employer or supervising organization.

8. Post-Deployment Monitoring

We conduct regular welfare monitoring and assist with concerns during employment.

We coordinate with Japanese partners regarding contract completion, extension, or repatriation.

Our partner Kumiai is accredited by Japanese authorities and specializes in hosting and supporting foreign workers.

They ensure that our deployed workers receive proper training, orientation, and support in compliance with Japan’s Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and SSW system. Services provided by our Kumiai partner include:

Upon arrival in Japan, workers are met at the airport and safely transported to their assigned accommodations.

・ Daily Life Monitoring & Support

Regular welfare checks are conducted to ensure that workers are adjusting well and living in a safe, supportive environment.

・ Assistance with Public Procedures

The Kumiai guides workers through essential public procedures, such as:

Resident registration and notifications at the city hall

Enrolling in health insurance and the pension system

Obtaining a My Number Card

Opening a bank account

Acquiring a SIM card or mobile service

Guidance on income tax obligations and procedures

Understanding and handling year-end tax adjustments and possible tax refunds

Introductions to applications for learning Japanese and local communities that study Japanese.

Workers receive in-depth guidance on adapting to daily life in Japan, including:

Using local transportation systems

How to visit hospitals, use insurance cards, and access emergency services

Navigating banks and performing money transfers

Learning Japanese customs, social etiquette, and cultural norms

Acts prohibited by Japanese law and their consequences

Explanation of the Road Traffic Act and traffic safety rules (including for bicycles)

How to gather reliable information in case of a natural disaster (e.g., earthquake preparedness)

Understanding the taxation system, residency status, and reporting obligations

Awareness of public information channels, including official announcements, community boards, and multilingual resources

KOREA OPERATIONS (Documentation & Deployment Support)

For South Korea, our services focus on processing, coordination, and worker support.

1. Assistance with Documentation
We guide workers in preparing and organizing required documents such as:

Valid passport

E-Registration forms

Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS)

Employment contracts

DMW submissions and clearance processing

2. Visa Application Support

3. Pre-Deployment Coordination
