FIRST TIMER:
• N4 Passer or JFT Passer
• Prometric Passer – Food and Beverage Manufacturing Exam
EX-TRAINEE / EX-ABROAD:
• Finished 3–5 years TITP contract under Baker
• Finished 3–5 years TITP contract under another category but passed the Skilled Test / Prometric Exam (Food and Beverage Manufacturing Exam)
OTHER QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum 1 year experience in baking
• Experience as a cake or pastry baker
